INFORMATION ABOUT FESTIVAL TICKETS AND TRAVEL PACKAGES.

Festivalbussen has been the official travel202 organizer to Wacken since 2001. When you book a trip with us, you can be 100% sure that the tickets are official and valid.

We offer a couple of different travel options ahead of Wacken. You can choose what suits you best—travel packages with a Wacken festival ticket and pitched tent, or just the bus journey. You customize your travel package yourself when you book. You book simply by choosing the departure point, then you click on “show departures” or choose a ready-made package that we offer. Secure your trip & ticket today, payment options are shown in the booking. Customers outside Sweden can only buy travel packages via card payment.

WACKEN WORLD METAL CAMP

We have a large reserved campsite at the “Wacken World Metal Camp” only a couple of 100 meters from the festival entrance, we will arrange a large party tent, grill, and a cast hanger. Most of our travelers stay with us at this campsite. It costs nothing extra to stay with us, it is included in your trip.

RENT A TENT FROM US.

If you want to splurge a bit, you can rent a tent from us, alternatively, rent a pitched tent from us. We will then take the tent to Wacken, when you arrive at the campsite you contact us on-site and we will show you to your tent/and hand over your rented tent.

All our festival tickets are valid from Wednesday to Saturday, and camping from Tuesday to Sunday.

BOOK YOUR TRAVEL PACKAGE INCLUDING TICKET TO WACKEN

Traveling with the Festivalbussen is easy, you choose your departure point above and type of travel. You can choose a package offer for your trip or select options manually. You choose the departure time by clicking on cancellation protection on the current departure time.

The Festivalbussen has a reserved campsite at “Wacken World Metal Camp”. This campsite is only a couple of 100 meters from the festival entrance, the buses arrive at Wacken on Tuesday morning and the festival opens on Wednesday. Tuesday evening is a party at the campsite and a good opportunity to socialize with people from the trip or take a tour around the campsite, which is huge.

VALID ENTRANCE TICKETS / OPTIONS

If you want to book entrance tickets to Wacken Open Air, this takes place in step 2 of the booking, you can see in the shopping basket what has been selected for your booking. An active choice by you is required to add options to your order. It is also possible to order options afterward.

Graspop Metal Meeting

GRASPOP METAL MEETING

At Graspop Metal Meeting you will have the opportunity to see some of the biggest bands in hard rock and metal play live in one place. Bands like Iron Maiden, Metallica, and Slipknot have all performed at this festival in the past, and you can expect just as big names this year.

Festivalbussen is an official travel partner with Graspop. We have been driving to Graspop since 2005. Our trips to Belgium are long, but you always meet many nice festival-goers to hang out with during the trip. As we drive down overnight, it is an advantage to take some food with you and bring a pillow/sleeping bag into the bus. We have planned food stops along the way. Our trips to Graspop have many repeat travelers who appreciate this trip year after year.

You combine your trip with us yourself or choose a ready-made package! Select the departure point and we will show you all the options we offer. You can book only the bus journey but us or, combine it with:

We will stay together at “The boneyard”, the campsite opens at 15.00 on Wednesday. The festival bus has an estimated arrival time at lunchtime, depending on the traffic we may arrive earlier. We have taken height for possible queues. Wednesday is a pre-party day at the campsite, perfect for recharging before the 4 festival days.

Grasspop Metal Meeting

The festival opens on Thursday and runs every day until Sunday! It is a mixed area and there is always something to check out.

The journey home

We will go home on Monday at 11.00, we will leave the campsite at 09.30
The bus stops at the same place it dropped you off at.

Sweden Rock Festival

Sweden Rock Festival is one of the biggest festivals in Sweden and the ultimate destination for all rock and metal fans! During this festival, thousands of people from all over the world gather to enjoy great music, great atmosphere and a unique experience that you will not soon forget.

The festival bus offers trips to Sweden Rock on Tuesday and Wednesday with a trip home on Sunday when we have all finished the festival for this weekend. Our buses arrive at Sunnansundsvägen, from there it is walking distance to most of the campsites. The campsites at Sweden Rock are not included in the Festival ticket, you book these directly from the campsites before arrival or on site if space is available. We do not sell camping tickets.

Combine your own trip with us.

Buy your 4-day festival ticket through us, it doesn’t get any easier. Sign up for our cancellation protection and you can cancel your travel package (including the festival ticket) if you can no longer go. See the cancellation conditions when you book.

Rent a tent or buy a budget tent from us.

In addition to your trip, you can also buy or rent a tent from us. You collect the rental tents from us when you arrive and return them cleaned on the journey home.

No camping chair?

We will bring it for you, you will receive it when you arrive at Sweden Rock.
